The Career Advantage Program (CAP) is offered through the Marshall Undergraduate Student Services Office, and provides sophomore, junior and senior-level undergraduates the opportunity to be paired with Marshall alumni who assist them in developing the professional, interpersonal and networking skills critical to their career success. Mentors and their groups of three to four students connect and grow through professional development and social activities. More than 350 students and 120 mentors participate in CAP every year.
