| CAP mentors and students prepare for the Goal Setting Meeting. Fall 2010. |
The Career Advantage Program (CAP) is offered through the Marshall Undergraduate Student Services Office, and provides sophomore, junior and senior-level undergraduates the opportunity to be paired with Marshall alumni who assist them in developing the professional, interpersonal and networking skills critical to their own success. Mentors and their groups of three to four students connect and grow through professional development and social activities. Over 350 students and 100 mentors participate in CAP program every year.
